Welcome to <On Cooldown>
About us:
We are a 10 man-oriented progression raiding guild that formed at the start of patch 4.3 in Dragon Soul for the purpose of achieving one goal: pushing end game progression and competing for realm first kills. Most of our members are within the age range 18-26 with jobs, families, and/or school. As such, we try to limit our raiding to 3 nights per week, 10 hours during progression, so that we can maintain our outside lives while still progressing through and clearing current content. Our raiders are very laid back, and we always have a good time either grinding out progression or farming instances.
Distribution of Loot:
We have a loot council, and the decision of how loot will be allocated is based on three core aspects: 1) What will most benefit the raid group for progression, 2) Biggest upgrade, 3) Attendance, performance, and attitude. If you do not think you can handle this loot system, then our guild is not for you.
