ABOUT US:

<Victory or Whatever> US-Whisperwind has reformed in preparation for Legion and we are looking for strong players to join us moving into Legion. We have a strong belief that raiding should be fun and not feel like a second job while being successful and competitive at the same time. VoW is built on a foundation of friends who have been playing together for years and have the same goal in mind, being as competitive we can on a light raiding schedule while having fun. We have a proven record of success in the past before taking a break early on in WoD.

Our Legion raid times are Tuesday-Thursday from 7:00- 11:00 CST (12 hours a week)

Due to our relatively light schedule, maintaining high attendance and efficiency during raids is vital to our success. We are currently looking to improve upon our roster, not just simply fill spots. We want long term members who share our goal of clearing end game content at the highest difficulty with a light schedule in a relaxed, fun and certainly entertaining raiding environment.

Loot is distributed through a loot council comprised of our officer core, we will always distribute loot based on what will give us the best chance to kill the next progression boss. We also take in to account attendance, performance and overall attitude. We do not want players who raid only for gear and complain or feel resentment when they do not receive a piece. We expect our raiders to understand that gear is a just tool to kill the boss.

Between raiding on alts, running challenge modes, doing PvP battlegrounds and arenas we are a very active guild on off nights and weekends, there is almost always something fun to do together. Our guild website is very active with our members and we are constantly talking with each other on a daily basis on our forums about anything and everything. We use our website to openly discuss our raid strategies and ideas for encounters during progression.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a skilled player with a high interest in progression raiding.

• You have a positive attitude and a team mentality. Raiding is a team effort and we play as a team, we believe synergy is extremely important to success.
  
• You show up to raids on time and prepared to tackle all content that might be attempted on every raid night.
  
• You maintain high attendance and always inform our officers or post on our website of an absence as soon as possible.
  
• You know and strive to learn as much about your class and are capable of playing all specs for your role at a high level.
  
• You do everything necessary to obtain the best gear you can prior to starting a new tier.
  
• You are the one of the best players in your current guild.
  
• You take pride in your numbers as well as your mechanical awareness because you understand that one without the other can only take you so far.
  
• Though it is not a deal breaker you ideally have a background of serious progression raiding.
  
• You are the type of player who is not intimidated by these requirements, rather excited by them as you would like to hold your teammates to the same standards.
  
  We strive to keep our roster around 25 raiders
  
  This enables us to have more options for class stacking on certain fights, and to cover any absences while still ensuring that everyone gets to participate during progression. Some players may have to sit on certain fights, we are always going to bring the best players and classes for a progression fight. During farm, often players volunteer to sit for bosses they do not need gear from to ensure that everyone maintains gear and play time. We DO NOT recruit for the bench, we expect everyone on our roster to be able to be brought in at anytime for any encounter and perform at the same level as their teammates
