We are currently accepting applications to assist with the remainder of WotLK and to continue our expectations of high-end raiding in the upcoming expansion, Cataclysm.
Who is Veritas?
Veritas is an end-game guild with dedicated players and an entertaining but progression oriented raiding atmosphere. We raid only three days a week—Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 7:00-11:00 PM, PST—since we respect the time allotted for each raid we also expect top performance at all times to maximize our production in those 3 nights. We have fun and we get things done!
Veritas is a member-oriented guild. We not only collaborate and vote on pertinent guild issues, our active raiders evaluate all recruits and ultimately decide on their promotions. For two years, Veritas has fostered a friendly, encouraging environment for our members.
Who Does Veritas Recruit?
Veritas is an end-game guild, and we expect excellence from our members. Due to the our casual-style raiding week, the optimal recruit will have solid attendance and a blessedly stable internet connection. We require our recruits to thoroughly understand each raid encounter, to research or “min/max”;; their character, and to challenge their guild-mates to be the best players possible.
We also seek personable recruits, and those who have a sense of humor and are willing to accept constructive criticism from their guild-mates. We encourage our recruits to interact with the guild—join our vent channels, comment on the forums, engage our members, share constructive ideas, generally be a part of the “Veritas”;; experience. We are not simply a raiding guild, we are a close-knit community.
