Who are we? People whose work schedules don't allow them to raid
during standard prime time raid hours, but we still like to get
stuff done.
What we expect of our players? We expect you to do your job, if your assigned to a tank, and your tank dies, we're gonna have an issue. I expect everyone to pull their weight.
Progression doesn't come instantly it comes with much work and WIPING.
Our New Groups Progression after 2 weeks: 4/4 BOT 6/6 BWD 2/2 TOFW Heroic Halfus,
Firelands: 4/7 (Shannox,Beth,Lord R, and Beth)
Raid Times:
Tuesday 12 PM CST - 3:00 AM CST
Wednesday 12 PM CST - 3:00 AM CST
Thursday 12 PM CST - 3:00 AM CST
Invites going out generally 5 minutes before raid time, and pulls start immediately. I expect you to be on-time which means being on 10-15 minutes early to get your potions/flasks/whatever you need for the nights raids in order ahead of time, and to be at or near the instance by raid time.

Our Core 10 man group is currently full other than the tank spot. We are however consider fielding applicants to form a second group. This second group will start and stop at the same raid times, in hopes of eventually upgrading us into a 25 man guild. I am currently looking for interested raid leaders for the second group. This is a no BS position, I expect a lot out of my members, so if you want to be a raid leader, I want even more. If you have any questions send a tell to Beaf/Tweeder in game or mail either in game.
Loot system:
NBG - Mainspec obviously priority. If you get a few pieces of loot bow out and let someone else grab a piece. Its pretty simple in 10 man loot will be spread around, that a lot will rot. Depending on interest, if we get enough people to upgrade to a 25 man guild, some sort of EPGP system will be implemented with Decay I can't give full details on that right now, as 25 mans are a ways off.
Friend/Non Raiding Spots:
We do allow people to join as non-raiders, to gain the benefits from our guild the XP bonus, the Honor bonus while helping us level. We do expect you conduct yourself respectful under our guild name in trade/general, if not you will be removed, we are generally very laid back, and joke around a lot just keep it in Guild chat *very mature subjects so please kids ask your parents before joining*.
