“Resilience” Guild

We're Resilience. We've been around a few years and killed lots of mythic bosses. We've got a great long time core of a team, and have picked up some great players.

Goal: Kill a new boss every week.

Why we're a great guild:
- We have a coaching mentality. If someone isn't hitting 50%ilvl DPS consistently, or struggling, we use our expertise to improve their performance during their trial.
- We're data driven. We use warcraftlogs extensively to find out what's right and wrong with our team. Including when we need to bench, or when someone just needs more gear to succeed.
- We're modern. We use Discord, a simple website (resilience-zj.com) and google. We have spreadsheets to manage the team, we use google forms for attendance and applications.
- We're fun and focused. We like to joke and mess around, but when it comes to progression, we're focused and energized to kill bosses. We also have off night events.
- We're LGBTQ+ friendly. We keep politics out of the guild, as well as sexism and racism.
- We have a discord channel just for sharing recipes. Seriously.
