Raid days. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 20.00 to 23.00.

Team rules

1. Mature polite attitudes to raiding and working as a team required.
Members need to be people I want to spend time with. Any petty squabbling serious no go.
2. Raid preparation. We expect you to show up on time, with potions and enchants ready to go. And already prepped by reading the team strategy provided for the boss
Respect others time. If you can't focus and prepare don't come to raid
3. If your reaction to wiping over and over through no fault of your own is not calm, constructive, out of combat suggestions, don't apply.
4. If you are not willing to admit mistakes, do not apply.

My priorities in order for team
1. Strong resilient team, that will survive the inevitable drama's
2. No toxicity - polite and constructive comments only
3. Good sociable group - I want to enjoy spending time with the people in the team.
4. Cutting edge
