Cupcakes
We're currently in need of at least one new dps since some of our original members have quit wow with the patch dragging on. Things that we're looking for:
* Ability to play at relatively early hours (from 19 server time or earlier). Free Tuesdays as that is usually our best push day, although we change on a weekly basis to fit dungeon running around everyone's IRL responsibilities :)
* Motivation to run dungeons just for the fun of it; we're not a gearing up service
* Willingness to improve and do your own research
* Some sort of previous experience in mythic+, raiding or PvP.
We're currently mostly interested in dps as our core comp of tank - healer - rogue is more or less locked down. However, we could consider an excellent healer also.

Cupcakes is a small and casual but determined group created for the purpose of running mythic+ with the same people. The priority is on learning and improving together as a group; the best way to do progress in any WoW -related activity :) We are not tied to any guild but have our own community and Discord. Some of our players are fairly new to endgame WoW, some very old at it coming from a long history of Cutting Edge raiding.
The important part is that we fit together socially well and dramatic outbursts are nonexistent. Therefore you should also have some sense of humor and be able to understand our poor stressed out tank. No children, absolute beginners, toxic jerks, or people who have to go to dinner or pee in the middle of a dungeon are wanted :)
We don't have a specific RIO target as the score has slowly but steadily been climbing since we started, but for a frame of reference we are now passing 2 k score.
