Recruitment
We will always consider exceptional applicants of any class. Please read all of our guild requirements and information on our website and then submit an application if you're interested. Questions may be directed to an officer in game or via private message on our forums.
We embrace competition for all raid spots on our team. Progression spots are given to the top performing raiders on the roster after considering composition. We do not have a large bench, therefore as a trial you should expect to play during progression.
General
Many of us have played WoW since release and/or have raided at a high level at some point. We know what it takes to succeed, but don't believe it is necessary to spend large amounts of time to progress.
Schedule
Tues/Thurs 6-10 PM PST
Strict 8-hour schedule
We never add an extra day or raid over. Our logs are public so you can go see for yourself. We do usually add 1-2 optional normal clears at the start of a tier. We also host alt raids (Sunday), but those are simply for the enjoyment of having an alt and are voluntary.
We have an open feedback system so that everything is kept on the table. We have no cliques, no seniority, and therefore no drama. Everyone is both encouraged and expected to provide each other with honest feedback and criticism. It keeps us all on our toes.
Nascent is unique amidst a sea of poorly managed guilds that lack focus and direction. If you're looking for a new home that you can grow in and want to be a valued part of a team hit us up.
