FOMO is currently recruiting exceptional players to fill out our mythic roster.

Our raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00PM EST to 12:00AM EST (6:00PM to 9:00PM Server Time)

Goals
The primary focus for this team is competitive pushing into Mythic content.

With that said, members are expected to maintain a respectful attitude during raid times and while posting on Discord. We will strive to make this raiding environment a pleasant experience for everyone.

Current Recruitment Needs
• Tanks
? One or two DPS with offspec tank

• Healers
? DPS with offspec healing

• DPS
? Ranged DPS (Druid, Shaman, Mage, Warlock)
? Melee DPS (Rogue, Shaman, Paladin)

Exceptional players of any specialization will be considered regardless of recruitment needs.

Expectations
Raiders are expected to have and maintain the following:

• A mature attitude with respect to the team and its members. This means no trash talking anyone, or causing needless drama. It is not an expectation that you will like everyone you raid with, but that does not mean you have to voice your disdain. If you have an issue with someone else on the team, bring it up with myself or one of the officers.

• A thorough knowledge of any class/spec you are raiding with, and the ability to do the research required to maintain this level of knowledge.

• Knowledge of fight mechanics and/or strategies prior to raid time. We do not want to waste time explaining the fights every time we pull. It is your responsibility to research the boss mechanics and go in to the raid with a decent understanding of what is required of you on each encounter.

• As close to perfect attendance as possible. It is understandable that things will inevitably come up, and you may not be able to make a raid or two, but attending raids (especially during progression) should be high on your priority list. If for some reason you cannot attend a raid, it is your responsibility to inform myself or one of the officers that you will not be able to make it. The best way to do so is to post in our attendance discord channel. Repeated failure to inform us of your absence may lead to being benched or being removed from the team.

• The ability to receive constructive criticism without taking it personally, and the ability to be respectful when providing constructive criticism. We are all here to grow as a team, and one of the best ways to do that is to be able to discuss flaws and come up with solutions to issues.

If you feel you are a fit for our team and would like to join, feel free to contact me.
