I have a busy job so I can't be around during the daytime Mon-Sat during term time. There are sometimes events which might make me late but I can communicate these ahead of time as it's all scheduled months in advance.

If a tier launches at a particularly busy time with work I might fall behind a bit on outside of raid content (Keys) but I can communicate this ahead of time (as well as when my next holiday is where I can catch up).

I have done quite a bit of tactics planning and organisation in the past when I have a bit more free time.

Probably easier to discuss other info and why I am looking for a new raid team in DMs.

I am only really interested in 2 or 3 days a week (other than a few extra HC clears) and I would prefer Mon/TueThur but Wed/Sun could be negotiated for a good fit.
