Raiding schedule: We raid 3 days a week: Wednesday,Thursday & Monday.
Raiding times: 20.30 to 23.30 GMT+1 (server time).
Who are we?
"What do you need" and "who are you" are the basic questions not only in the real world around us, but in WoW as well. Answer to those – it's your part, we can say only who we are and what we need as a community.
Genesis is a semi-hardcore raiding guild, because we will never have more than 3 mandatory 10man raids per week. We raid Wednesday, Thursday and Monday from 20.30-23.30. We only require 9 hours of raiding a week, and still maintain nice raid progression. Genesis offers a good return for your time invested in raiding, and a lot of laughs along the way.
Our primary goal is to build community of people who are playing WoW, but the first plan is to stay human. It doesn't mean that we are only a social guild! We want to, and we will, cover all end-game content of WoW, but we want to do it while having fun, and in a group of people we like to share our fun with. We are not targeting ourselves as a hardcore raiding guild, and to that end we welcome people who have full time jobs and families along with players who can dedicate a good part of their time to this world.
What do we expect from our Guild Members?
Age: We prefer a mature community and due to that, we have a minimum age of 18.
Personality: Be friendly, helpful and sociable at all times. You should enjoy and care about the social aspect of the game, playing with friends, helping and being helped out or just chewing the fat in guild chat or Mumble whilst grinding. If you are not interested in engaging in friendly banter, it's best not to apply.
Team-spirit: Being able and willing to work for the team and not for personal glory is highly valued. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing of loot appropriately.
What do we provide for our Guild Members?
We aim is to provide and assist its members in accessing and achieving any goals that they have in the various aspects within the game
A helpful and social environment
Experienced Raiders willing to answer questions regarding talents, gear and rotations
Our officers can provide you with further information about any aspect of the guild. Please keep in mind however that they play the game to have fun too, so spamming them with questions that can easily be answered by reading our public forums won't help your cause. They'll answer you as soon as they can.
