Raiding
We raid 3 days a week: Wednesday, Sunday and Monday 19:00-22/23:00.
We are aiming for a roster of about 25 dedicated players.
Loot
We are currently working with the Loot council system.
Trials
Trials should be an open conversation between us and you, so we manage each other's expectations. Some trials take longer than others, but normally it should be pretty clear if the fit is right pretty quickly.
Organisation
For our 20-man Mythic raiding squad, we will be looking towards having some proper officer/class roles to help with organisation, recruiting and loot, but we will strive to maintain the open and relaxed nature of the guild.
Maturity
Pretty much everyone is 18+ years old and either working or studying, and nearly all have been playing since at least WoTLK but most even longer. We will occasionally consider people who are younger but we will have to talk to you first to ensure that you fit in.
We do value our guild community and friendships and try to build our team around that, so we appreciate mature and friendly players who have high skill level but social in guild chat aswell.
We offer
High end raiding environment
Relaxed guild atmosphere
Very talented players to play with
Progress on a level that is comparable to guilds who spend far more time raiding than we do
Opportunities when progress ends to play alt raids
Essentially we want to have the best results possible when raiding whilst keeping a reasonable schedule and having an absolute blast at the same time.
What we expect from you
You need to perform well, and when we say perform well, we mean you constantly try to improve your play and be among the top of your respective class/spec (please note that performance isn't always the same thing as damage/healing meters).
Have the right attitude. We don't want elitists to ruin our guild atmosphere by being toxic, or people that moan and drag the raid down, but there's plenty of room for trash talking and trolling each other as well as having a good time.
