Show your Allegiance was created by five of the current members in
2008. We aimed to create a guild with a positively social
atmosphere, having had a few odd experiences! During our first few
months together we decided to start raiding, and we haven't looked
back yet. During TBC we hit a huge cap of 450 members, we stood at
the second largest guild on the server of Aszune raiding Maggie,
Gruul and Kara on a regular basis.
At the start of WotLK we ran 3 successful raid groups and regular 25 man raids. As Ulduar hit our main raid group occupied 7 of the top 10 spots for gear, in their respective classes on the server of Aszune. As WotLK progressed we made a decision to down-size, effectively ending all guild 25 man runs and decreasing the cap size of the guild down to 150.
We are now a small, intimate guild who rely on our amazing members to keep the atmosphere social and fun - something that I can say from experience is a rarity in raiding guilds. A majority of our members have been with us for the whole slog, and many more have joined and stayed with us loyally.
Current progress:
BoT: 4/4
BWD: 6/6
ToFW: 2/2
BH: 3/3
FL: 7/7
DS: 8/8
DS HC: 6/8
