About us
<The Gnometrotters> was formed in the summer of 2006, it was formed from a few other guilds that had been raiding together for some time before. We were and still are to some extent a social raiding guild although raiding wise we are more hardcore then we used to.
What are we recruiting?
We're mainly looking for some specific classes healer wise to fill our roster. This being said we encourage anyone to apply if you think you're an above average player with some good up to date experience. For a full overview you can check our guild's website.

Raid times
We have scheduled raids 4 times a week currently for 10 man. These are Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday & Tuesday from 19:00 - 23:15 gametime. There is a 15 minute time window in which we sort out inviting and raid composition so we expect every new trial to be punctual and respectful towards others. Besides that we also run a 10man during offdays, being Friday/Saturday/ and Monday to get better, overall knowledge of new fights and mechanics to ensure our 25man raids run as smoothly as possible.
Goals
We intend to continue raiding 10 man content in Cataclysm and continue to be a stable guild for our members.
What we expect from you:
- You have gear appropriate to the current tier of raiding content. We're not interested in applicants with blue and very suboptimal gear
- You are expected to attend most raids (at least 75%) as we like to keep our roster rather small and suitable for anyone
- You know your class to its best capacities and have your gear properly enchanted, gemmed, reforged and most of all optimized to its best potential.
- You don't mind spending night after night wiping for progress.
- You come prepared for raids. We expect you to have read on tactics and mechanics of a boss fight, to bring consumables like flasks, potions and food buffs and the other usual.
- You are able to take criticism. During your trial period you will be questioned about your gameplay in general. We like to test our trials before and after inviting them to see if they're worthy of keeping their raid spot and/or being promoted to a permanent Raider.
- You have killed at least 6 Heroic boss in Dragon Soul. Bare in mind, this is an absolute minimum. We are not interested in applicants who do not meet this requirement but exceptions can be made if your pre Dragon Soul experience is rather impressive (Note: it has to be really good)
