“Nyaki” Guild

<Nyaki> is a competitive raiding guild on EU-Darksorrow Alliance. We have recently moved to Darksorrow and we are now looking for experienced raiders to improve our mythic team.

Raid Times
- Wednesday 20:00-00:00
- Thursday 20:00-00:00
- Monday 20:00-00:00
- Every player is expected to kill all heroic bosses they require loot from, either in their own time or attend our Sunday Heroic raid night.

Recruitment Status
We are currently recruiting:
- All ranged DPS classes
- Windwalker Monk
- A DPS with a strong tank offspec, or vice-versa
- An experienced healer with a strong offspec.

We would, however, encourage all classes and roles to apply if you feel you can bring something special to our roster.

Requirements
Our aim is to maintain a strong and competitive raid team to allow for consistent progress. To achieve this, we are looking for geared and knowledgeable players who are typically able to provide us with 100% attendance. We have a strict minimum attendance of 80% over the previous 4 resets, at any given time. We aim to maintain a roster of greater than 20 (between 21 and 25) at times and rotate players fairly - i.e. if you are not underperforming or holding us back, you will be substituted no more than anyone else. You can expect to be substituted by routine procedure only once every two resets, or around this amount.

An ideal candidate will also have a good sense of humour and be able to keep a positive mindset and keep performing to the best of their ability through a night of wiping where progress is being made. You should also be able to take on-board constructive criticism without reacting badly. For example, if it is decided you should be substituted because you are having a bad night, you should not be disheartened by this.

Logs as proof of previous performance are a definite positive and it would also be preferable if you were able to communicate on TeamSpeak when required.

Loot is distributed via our loot council and is given with priority to people for whom it is BiS. Trials are not out of contention for loot as soon as you show us intent to be an integral constituent of our team.

Like many guilds, we are a varied bunch of people, but you’ll find us very easy to get along with if you decide to join us :)
