About Us:

Unforgettable is a casual guild who moved to Darksorrow at the end of WotLK from Magtheridon after the server population collapsed. The guild is now almost 5 years old and has raided actively for most of that time.

We have always aimed for a stable raid environment where people can enjoy taking on challenging content without losing sight of the fact that WoW is a game meant to be enjoyed, not work to be endured.

We use the epgp system to distribute loot which reflects both the amount of effort people put in along with the amount of gear they have already received. This helps produce a raid where people are all equipped to perform well.

In the past we have been a 25man raid guild, but with the start cataclysm we felt that the balance had shifted towards 10mans as being the best option for us and decided to switch to this raid size.
We feel 10 man raids make every player feel like they matter, and are often easier to organize. Additionally it allows us to be more selective about recruiting we don't want to ever have to recruit a player just to make up the numbers. Our aim is to have 2 x10 man raids which should allow us the social benefits of having a reasonably larger pool of members brings, without the organisational drawbacks 25 man raiding brings.

Raid times and days:

We have currently have a 3 day raid week with (optional raids on Tuesday and Friday) to give people plenty of time to do whatever they want outside wow and to help prevent a burnout.

Monday 19:30 - 23:00
Optional Tuesday 19:30 - 23:00
Wednesday 19:30 - 23:00
Thursday 19:30 – 23:00

Qualities we want in a member:

-Friendly and mature:
We are looking to recruit people who are looking to be part of a community, not just a raid group.
We expect people to work as part of a team. Which means treating others with respect, taking responsibility for their own performance, and also helping out others where and when they can.

-Dependable and Knowledgeable:
Applicants' gear quality should allow them to be able to pull their own weight, and do so from their very first raid.
They should also understand their class and be able to provide convincing reasons for their gem, glyph and talent choices.

When a player joins Unforgettable they will be assessed for four weeks to test their performance, attendance and attitude fit with the guild before they are promoted to become a Raider.
