Guild Guidelines

The core values of our guild are integrity, honesty, and respect. These values are exercised by all Elysium members towards all people.
No racism or religion bashing. Mild crude humor and swearing are allowed, but any Elysium member or guest has the right to ask that the conversation be toned back without criticism. Respect of other people is our highest value.
Elysium has a strict “No Gossip” policy. Gossip is defined as complaining about an individual to someone who has no power over the situation to resolve it. If you have an issue with someone, attempt resolution with the individual. If that doesn’t work, seek an officer.
Don’t be greedy. Put the betterment of others before yourself.
Elysium is a community of open handed and generous people. While we do not object to players mutually benefitting from profitable exchanges, all trades and services should be beneficial to both sides. Elysians should never intentionally take advantage of another person.
Proper Group Conduct

When you are in a group (be it a small group or Raid/Operation), whether it is an all guild, mix, or PUG group, you will adhere to the following guidelines:

The Event leader’s decision is final.
If you have a suggestion regarding strategy, etc. whisper it to the leader, do not flood party/op chat with it.
Be polite, do not swear or insult the other members of the group.
If something happens to make you angry, politely attempt to resolve it with the person or the leader of the run. If that fails whisper an officer of the event.
Never leave a party until the run is over, except in the event of an emergency or unless you are advised to do so by guild officers. If you will not be able to stay for the entire duration of a run, make that clear before going and don’t get your feelings hurt if the group opts to find someone else who can.
Discuss the loot rules before going in an instance. Continuing with the instance is acceptance of the stated rules.
Sith players are automatically banned from the Teamspeak server. This encourages their roleplay as a lone wolf.
Rules for End Game Events

All end-game events and runs that are on a timer must be organized by an Officer of Elysium, or with the Officers’ permission.
All members will be ready to join scheduled events 30 minutes prior to start time and waiting at the entrance to the instance a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the run. You will be repaired and have all necessary consumables and any other items needed for your run role. If not notified in advance, event leaders will have the option to replace you 15 minutes prior to the run if you have not yet been invited. For progression events, etiquette requires that you log on 30 minutes prior to run start time unless you’ve given the event leader a heads up about your whereabouts.
Events take time, if you know you have to be somewhere else an hour into the run, clear your participation with the event leader prior to signing up. Leaving in the middle of an event is just as discourteous and disruptive as arriving late. However, we understand emergencies and disconnects do happen. Repeated occurrences will be noted and may impact future event participation.
