Be nice, play nice, try to play your char well, take care of your char, be nice to your guildies and others, be a decent person, have humour, be a good player. We do not seek the "extra 0.00343% crit" to be minmaxed. Gear can be fixed. Building a character/personality can't.
No immediate plans to do anything, go with the flow. The foundation is to have a cosy home for Shadowlands and beyond, just like we did in Wrath.
