Guild Info:

Blank Space was created in July 2016 by a group of friend's that were looking for a guild to raid competitively on a 3-day schedule. Led by an ex-top 100 World raider, we spent time looking for a guild that shared our mentality and not finding a match we decided to create our own. Blank Space is focused on end-game raiding with a competitive but friendly atmosphere, not focused on specific World Ranks, believing they will come with experienced raiders and a competitive atmosphere. We strive for the enjoyment of raiding while reaching personal and guild goals.

Raiding:

1. Attendance- Everyone is expected to keep 90% raid attendance and let the officer team know of any absences you may have. This includes forum post's, in-game messaging, or Skype/WhatsApp/any other means of contact.
2. Gear- You are required to enchant/gem all your gear for every raid. Not having a profession or gold to enchant/gem is not an excuse. There are other raiders or guildies that will get you what you need. This also includes wearing gear that will optimize Survivability/Healing/DPS, even if it is not a BiS piece.
3. Research- We will provide fight strategies for every encounter. Relying on the Raid Leader is not enough. You will be required to look over fight's yourself, especially in how your class can perform in these fights. That being said, anyone on the officer team is willing to provide tips or help you learn a fight if asked.
4. Character- Knowing one spec of a class is not enough. You should know how to play all spec's of your class, even if you know some better than others. Help with this will always be provided.
5. Attitude- Keeping a positive attitude is key to any encounter. Knowing the information ahead of time will provide a strong advantage. Also, remembering that the guild is here for enjoyment, keeping negativity out of the raid will provide benefit to the whole team. If you ever need to speak to an Officer over an issue, contact us and we will be happy to help sort it out.
6. Being on time- We want to start every raid on time. Showing up at least 15 minutes prior to raid beginning to sort group and enter the instance helps us provide this. If you are going to be late, let someone on the Officer team know. Raid times in Blank Space are as follows:
Wednesday: 2000-2300
Thursday: 2000-2300
Monday: 2000-2300

Loot Distribution:

In Blank Space we use a loot council system, believing this provides everyone a fair opportunity to receive loot in every raid. We will also be keeping track of loot distribution so loot is distributed evenly. The factors used in loot assignment include the following:
-Raid Attendance
-Raid Performance
-Best-in-slot upgrades
-How big of an upgrade an item is (i.e. a Normal> Heroic Non-bis piece for one raider may be a bigger upgrade than a Heroic non-bis> Heroic Bis for another)
-How the piece helps the guild progress, as players with more on an impact may get a piece over someone with less of an impact.

Guild Bank:

Blank Space provides Guild Bank access to all member's, with different levels of access based on rank achieve. All Raider's and trial's are provided consumable's and repair's. Social's are even provided the same rights as other guild member's. The bank is stocked from the work of our guild member's, along with donation's from member's, including gear for Auction House sale. Taking item's for personal Auction House sales will get you instantly kicked from the guild.
