Hey there!
I'm officer of a raiding guild on Draenor, our progress in ToS currently being 1/9M. We're a core of mostly longtime players and friends, we like to have fun while raiding but push progress and kill bosses on a 3 day schedule.
Alas, a combination of summer, burn out, and general real life issues have meant we're currently taking a hiatus from raiding.
Although we've been on the lookout for groups of players to fill our roster and get back into mythic, this hasn't yielded much in the way of results. On this basis, we'd be keen to discuss a merge with any guilds who are finding themselves in a similar situation.
Right now, we have 1 tank, 4 healers and approximately 6-7 dps. Appreciating it's likely to be a tough ask to find another guild that require an entire healing team (!!), we are of course willing to be flexible - healers could switch to main dps, and several players have more than one geared character. The only real sticking point is that we currently raid 21:00-00:00 server three days a week - the start time suits most of our members (who for example might be finishing work a bit later), so we wouldn't be able to consider starting any earlier in the evening. Raid days are however negotiable - we can be flexible on most things.
