The Tartan Army
The Guild was started at the beginning of Cataclysm. It's a project started by Wullie & Eminnett to try and create a raid guild so it covers all aspects of the fun of playing Warcraft. This is a constantly growing and developing guild and has a focused leadership who are determined to try and be the best we can within our raid times. We are not overly bothered by server ranks or positions but we value taking down all new bosses and encounters as a team.
The Tartan Army Guild Level 25
The Tartan Army Requirement from its Raiders
In order to progress further into Mists of Pandaria a lot of hard work is required from all of our raiders. We expect all raiders to show up for raid fully prepared. This includes flasks, food, best enchants and gems. We also require you too have a working knowledge of the class your playing and how it best interacts with the other raid members and your surrounding raid environment.
Any extra research from guides or possibly videos would not hurt either. We require a focused raid attitude and this should reflect on Mumble during raids as decent feedback can and often does lead to faster and smoother kills even on so called farm bosses.
We use Mumble as our communication application so this is a must alongside a working and usable microphone. The ability to chat on Mumble is expected for both feedback in raids and socializing after raids / days off.
We raid 4 days a week depending on progression etc.
Raiding Schedule
Wed 20:30 - 23:30
Thu 20:30 - 23:30
Sun 20:30 - 23:30
Mon 20:30 - 23:30
How to Apply
If you're interested in joining and feel you have the skills we need, head over to our applications forum (see our website (link below)) and write an application or speak to any of our officers in-game.
Social Aspect
What we also value a lot is the social aspect this game has to offer. This reflects the way we interact with each other. We are in essence a group of friends who meet each other through this game enjoying raiding and everything else this game has to offer us. Thus we expect you to establish a friendly and healthy relationship with your class mates and other guild members. Making an effort to keep Mumble and guild chat lively is highly appreciated. Another important aspect is not acting disrespectfully towards not only your Guildmates but everyone else on the server is highly appreciated.
