About Merciful
Merciful is a 20-man, 3 nights/week raiding guild located on Frostmane EU.
We are an international guild and therefore the language within the guild is English.
Operation Distract offers you a competitive but friendly community of players, that are focused on progress but don't forget to have fun while doing it.
Raiding Schedule
Monday 19.00-23.00
Wednesday 19.00-23.00
Sunday 19.00-23.00
Trial/raider requirements
*100% attendance and punctuality - or at least as close to 100% as humanly possible. We know that real life emergencies can happen but you should be aware that joining a raid guild is a commitment. You are expected to be online at least 15 minutes prior to raid time.
*Mature and positive attitude towards raiding - while we have fun and joke a lot of the time, when we raid it's time to put your gameface on. No drama/whining/lootwhoring will be tolerated.
*Full knowledge of your class - You are expected to know your class in and out, including offspec which might be needed on certain encounters.
*High tolerance to criticism - You WILL make mistakes, we all WILL at time. Be prepared to handle criticism, however harsh it might be.
*Solid PC and internet connections - even the best raider is no use for us if He/She plays @10 fps with 400 ms latency.
*Working microphone and willingness to speak - communication is everything in raid progression, You will be required to speak. If you are microphone shy - this is not a place for you.
*Ability to learn quickly - making mistakes is ok, but making the same mistakes repeatedly is not. We are looking for players that can understand encounters fast and execute tactics properly.
*Flexibility - you WILL be rotated on specific fights, every raider should be fine with siting out or playing alt/offspec if the encounter calls for specific raid composition.
*Motivation to play World of Warcraft - if you plan to quit in next few months, this is NOT a place for you.
*PATIENCE - Wipes are a part of progress, you should be prepared for that and able to handle it without complaining.

Things that can affect your application being accepted or declined are :
*Previous raiding experience
*WOL/Warcraftlogs parses
*Effort put in your application, you should follow the application template and take it seriously. Lazy applications made in 30 seconds will be declined.
*Valid raiding alt - an alt that you are able to play on equal skill level to your main is a big plus.
