Quick Important Information:

- Schedule (Server Time):
Thursday: 19:00 - 22:00.
Sunday: 18:00 - 21:00.
Tuesday: 19:00 - 22:00.

- Attendance:
Be on raid and on time, or have a very good reason not to (that you told an officer about in time for us to make adjustments).

- Communication:
You must without problems understand english and be able to use it both in text and on Teamspeak without over or under doing it.

- The Best You Can Be:
We do not accept underperformance. We constantly analyze logs and expect you to always improve and perform very well.

About Us:

We are a guild started by players with previous high end experience with the goal of becoming one of the best guilds on the server and therefore require the outmost of our raiders.
We strive for a chill atmosphere during raid and often are assholes to each other constantly in a friendly tone. However, if you fail, you will hear about it, and we will expect instant improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

- As A Player:
You are a player who are never satisfied and constantly want to improve.
You are always fully prepared for raids and are always on time.
You have no problems with whiping for the sake of progressing and are doing your best every try.
If you fail you always try to instantly fix this issue and if you don't fully understand something, you do not hesitate to ask.
You always listen up to what is said during raids and always try to analyze what is going on to come up with possible ways of improving both yourself and the guild.

- As A Person:
You can take constructive criticism and always want to improve.
You are an "easy to deal with" person, who don't take jokes directed your way as something too serious that will affect the guild.
You have the highest respect for other people and if you have a disagreement with someone, you deal with this in a mature way and don't let it interfere with the teamwork you have to keep up with the person in question.

- Classes (other than listed above):
We are always looking for the best possible players. Therefore, all applications are very welcome. If you are superior to a player already in the core team of the same class/spec as you, you will take his spot. So there is a constant competition for the raid spots, which results in slacking not being an option if you want to stay a raider within the guild.
