All Blue is a casual/ semi-hardcore raiding guild founded by two friends on 16-10-2010. All Blue is created with the mission to be the ideal guild for those who are aiming to get the most out of raiding together with enjoyable raiders and a relaxed raiding atmosphere.
Raiding days and hours
Wednesday: 19.00 - 22.15
Sunday: 19.00 - 22.15
Monday: 19.00 - 22.15
What do you demand from your raiders?
Even though we are casually oriëntated, we still strive to clear each content that WoW has to offer on the highest difficulty available. That is why we have several requirements that each of our raiders must comply to without any exception.
1. Be able to maintain high attendance, especially for learning new content. While we understand real life precedence, you should strive for 83.33%+ attendance.
2. Be able to communicate verbally through teamspeak and clarify situations when requested.
3. Be able to actively contribute to the strategy discussions on the forums and Teamspeak.
4. Be able to stay up-to-date with the latest guild news by visiting the website at least once a day.
5. Be able to self reflect continuously to find personal improvements.
6. Be able to keep up performance, i.e don't hold your co-raiders back.
7. Enjoy the social aspect of raiding; which means having interest in the people you are playing with.
