WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
Sol invictus is constantly looking for the most enthusiastic, motivated and skilled players out there. We're a guild aiming for the long term and by becoming a member, you can expect to be regarded as a player that hopefully will be around for many months to come.

WHAT CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE AND WHAT TO DO IF YOURS IS NOT?
Regardless of having your class listed as an open spot on the front page or not, we're very much interested in looking at your applications. Please keep in mind that we're always available to get extremely good players in to keep our roster competitive and optimize our raiding team is our utmost priority.If your class is not listed, drop us an application anyway. There's not much to lose and you gain the chance of being picked, immediately or at a later moment in time, to be part of all the ups and downs a hardcore progress guild can offer you while enjoying being part of a community that works as a group outside raids as well.Please keep in mind that the following application is seriously considered and chosing to waste our time by not adding enough detail or depth to it will most likely result on the application being denied within the hour. Once you've applied, contact our officers strictly to add anything you might consider relevant to your application and not insist asking about its status. You WILL ALWAYS get an answer from us, on the Thread you have created.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM SOL INVICTUS RAIDS?
Regarding our raids, you can expect a regular 17:15h to 11:00h during the week, We don't raid overtime nor extra days and everything is usually done in a very organized fashion so people can plan their lives around it. Your trial period will last for around 3 weeks and during that period you'll be introduced to our raids progressively and be under the same loot rules as the rest of our members.


WHAT DOES SOL INVICTUS EXPECT FROM THEIR TRIALS?

Make the best out of the gear, gear enhancements and consumables available in game (includes 2 raiding professions).


Being able to communicate on Mumble properly and at the right time.
Being able to follow instructions, raiding and guild priorities, and constructive criticism from officers and/or other members.
Understand that you're a trial and that your trial period will server as an adaptation to a new team, with new rules and goals.
Respect the guild's principles, members and hierarchies. The needs of the many will always be ahead of the needs of the few.

Ultimately, while we do expect high numbers from everyone, raid spots and trust will be handed out to those that show above all, common sense, teamwork, good awareness regarding their surroundings and respect for what's called and what's required in a fight. Survivability, execution, enthusiams are our main priorities and that should be your focus throughout your time in the guild, both as a prospect and as a member.
