“Authority” Guild

Authority was formed on Kazzak (EU), by a core of players that migrated from Vashj due to lack of manpower and inability to fill the roster there. Our roster consists of players who have raided with each other for many years and many expansions (most of us from Vanilla) so we are a well played team. So far our progression in the current raid tier is 4/16.

Our current raid times are: Wednesday / Thursday and Monday from 21:00(Invites at 20:45) to 00:00.

Another thing we value is the social aspect this game has to offer.We expect you to establish a friendly and healthy relationship with both your guild mates, and the rest of the realm population because we care about our reputation. Outside of scheduled raiding you will see a lot going on with several players in the guild: arenas, RBG's, playing alts, organising 10 mans or just online socialising. We also organise weekly alt runs.

Raid spots are earned, not given. If you think you have what it takes, you can become part of a guild with an amazing social atmosphere that loves all aspects of raiding (Both new and old content). Another great feature is that if you ever get lonely, you can always find some guild mates on Mumble ready to chat and have fun.

Even if your class is not currently listed, Authority is always looking for exceptional players of all classes and specs to reinforce our roster. Before you apply make sure you have great understanding of your class, you are up to date with the current theorycrafting and can fully answer any questions we have regarding the choices you have made with your character. Even tho it is the end of the expansion, gear is important for the evaluation of the applicant.We highly recommend taking some time and answering all the available questions in our template with the ammount of detail you consider suitable in an exceptional application.

What we expect from you:

Dedication: You must possess a positive attitude towards raiding, especially when it comes to progress raiding. You should be prepared to do everything it takes to maximise your characters effectiveness on the encounter(s). During progress raids you need to be fully awake and focused.
Communication: You should have the ability to listen and follow directions given on mumble and respond if needed. You should also have a basic social understanding and know when it is ok to speak up and when it's not.
Raid preparation: Even though as a guild we provide cauldrons and feasts we still expect our raiders to come prepared on their own, i.e. Flasks, food, potions and having researched on the encounters we intend to progress on before we make our first pull.
We expect you to be a quick learner, don't repeat your mistakes and perform at the highest level you can. You must have the ability to take constructive criticism and improve accordingly.
