We are a group of veteran raiders, back with a vengeance to
dominate Warlords of Draenor content.
We’re an English speaking guild and expect being able to communicate this language on teamspeak. Our members must be able to handle criticism and be prepared to be swapped in and out depending on the encounter. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and input is important to us.
Standard raid days are Wednesdays and Sundays, with additional progress raids on Mondays, from 19:30 until 23:30. We organise alt raids and achievement runs, and we have several PvP oriented players.
What we look for:
- Actively raid with high attendance.
- High end raiding experience. aka long list of heroic end bosses and raids.
- Consistency. Everyone has bad days, don’t let them define you as a player.
- You are one of the best players in your guild and you work hard to maintain this.
- Be adaptable. Be able think in the moment and adapt to any situation that might happen.
- Team player attitude. Ranking, end game gear and a raid spot, in the end you don’t have it without your guild, we don’t want someone who cannot appreciate this.
- Actively participate on teamspeak. Knowing when to ask for help and when to shut up.
- Preparation. Always think 3 steps ahead.
Classes may not always be open for recruitment but will always be considered. We play alts ourselves from time to time whenever a class is needed in the raid, team dynamic is important, so we rather take someone we know, and keep loot in guild. In the end we’re recruiting a player, not just the class.
