“Deaths and Taxes” Guild

Deaths and Taxes a newly formed guild, by friends scattered around the servers of World Of Warcraft, who wants to play together, but still going hardcore whilst raiding.

Everyone in our roster has at least 6/13 HC- Whilst some of the officers has cleared the current Tier on Heroic.
Our roster consist of competent and dedicated players, whom all give what it takes to push progression forwards.

We are raiding 4 days a week, with the time being server time.
Sunday: 19:00-23:00
Monday: 19:00-23:00
Wednesday: 19:00-23:00
Thursday: 19:00-23:00

Atm we look to recruit
High 1 Hunter.
High 1 Rogue.
High 1 Dk.
High 1 Moonkin.
High 1 Brewmaster Monk.

Once progression is dealt with, and content has gone to farming, raiding days will be reduced slightly to 1 or 2 raiding days, so raiders will have a little free time, to do what they must.

We require you to:
* Have nearly 100% Attendance

* Have full knowledge of your class, inside and out, in all specs.

* Be ready to raid 4 days a week, every week, every month, until we have the content on farm.

* Be ready to participate in Ptr Raiding, the more we have from our current roster, the better we will be doing in the next patch/tier.

* Be Vocal, with that being said, you need not to be afraid of talking or communicating with the other players in the guild, communication is key to progress.

* Be social & Active. We don´t want Raid loggers, we are a tight 10 man team, therefore we would like players to be active on non raid days as well, other than that, be active on our guild site as well, every day.

* You must bear a positive attitude not online inside the guild, but outside the guild as well. Remember you wear our guild-name, therefore we demand you to be polite and positive towards everyone on the server, we know some people can be a pain in the !@#, put them on ignore, and let an officer know, if any incident happened.

* Gear. You must have your gear fully gemmed and enchanted. Your gear tells us a lot about your knowledge of your class, your knowledge of general theory-craft, and your willingness to put a lot of effort into your character. Your gear must also match the current content we raid.

If you think that, you can´t fulfill just one of our demands, please do not bother applying to our guild, as we only want flawless players.

Desired Trials/Raiders:

* You've read strategies, obtained consumables, and are ready to go every raid night. You will communicate with the other healers or dps classes to coordinate fight-specific strategies. You must have the desire to constantly improve your play. You must be able to take constructive criticism so that you can improve your play.

* Dedication. You're here pretty much every raid night If you have some weird life circumstances that may be interrupting your play time or will in the near future DON'T APPLY.

* Reliability. We need to be able to rely on you to be there on the tough nights when we're trying to beat new content. We need to know you're not going to flake out and disappear for a week, or that you're going to leave an hour early from raids on a regular basis.

* Skill. You need to able to adapt to changing situations and go above and beyond the basic assignment asked of you. You need to be able to think for yourself so that you can do your assigned job as well as help others.

* Personality. Deaths and Taxes has a strong guild personality and you will need to fit in with us. This means that you can take a joke, have a good sense of humor, and can take criticism. You need to be able to take criticism when you make a mistake and you need to be able to let the criticism roll off without it stressing you out.
