Doolma is a recently formed 10 man raiding guild with a primary focus on clearing content as fast as possible. Our raiding team is built up around players who have a vast experience of the game and have witnessed end game content since Vanilla.

Outside of raids we have very a friendly and joke-filled atmosphere, but in raids we expect our members to be 100% focused and do their assigned job correctly. While we can't offer the big numbers and endless social members that a 25 man guild can, we do feel having a smaller group of people helps to create a much closer friendship. Progressing through difficult content for many months will no doubt form bonds that cannot be achieved in a more casual guild. However, our main priority will always be progression.

During progress our best team available for the encounter is always taken, spots are always purely based on skill and possible setup required rather than pre-set rotation. Member status is earned by proving your commitment and performance and players who we feel are underperforming will quickly find they have competition from a new recruit.

Loot is sorted via a loot council and as a general rule Guild progress is prioritised over personal greed.

If you feel this may be the right guild for you, please continue reading.

As a member of <Doolma> you can expect:

- focused raids and competitive players who push each other to the very limit
- fast progress and therefore more free time for other activities Warcraft related or otherwise
- access to the best loot, mounts and titles the game has to offer
- high quality alt raids (should you chose to level an alt)
- contributes from the guild bank for raiding gear and consumables
- a friendly (yet competitive) atmosphere with plenty of humour outside of progress raids

As a member of <Doolma>, you are required to:

- be able to communicate in spoken and written English/Persian to a very high standard
- be extremely active with regards to raid attendance (especially during new content)
- be highly competitive and continually push yourself and the guild further
- be able to play your class (mainspec and offspec) to maximum potential
- know which gear is best for your class and how to gem/enchant it perfectly
- generally know your class inside out and constantly keep up to date with changes
- have very good raid awareness, be able to adapt very quickly to new situations and learn from mistakes instantly
- put the guild first before personal achievement (e.g. even if you pump out high DPS but do not switch to adds and/or ignore encounter mechanics in general, we don't want you)
- be completely committed to progress
- have a mature attitude and understand guild requirements may sometimes need you to sit out (we need a healthy number of players to make sure we are always covered in times of crisis, therefore we require team players)
- be focused during raids (we do not want players who constantly go AFK and slow down trash/boss pulls)
- be able to listen to instructions on Ventrilo and carry them out flawlessly (being able to speak is highly preferred)
