Background
Massive was founded at the end of Cataclysm by a couple of IRL friends that wanted to kill bosses together. We raided together through MSV, HoF, ToES, ToT and quite a bit into SoO. We killed Shamans Heroic before we disbanded due to that the officers didn't want to recruit more people at the time.
We've returned now in WoD with the original core and a group of 10 year veterans and we're doing our best to raid Mythic content while still having a nice and laid back atmosphere.
Philosophy of the Guild
As most guilds we do have a few rules that people have to follow. They aren't really hard to follow though.
1. Don't be a jerk! Keep a nice attitude and keep sensitive subject out of guild chat and Team Speak.
2. Make sure that you have flasks, pots and food for your class and spec to the raids.
3. Make sure to come in time for the raids, if you are not able to come to the raid for some reason please tell an officer at your earliest possible convenience. This is very important and we want our raiders to take this seriously, if you are 30 minutes late for a raid this impacts other peoples enjoyment of the game.
4. Never (and I mean never) trust Hasås during trash!
Loot Rules
We use Loot Council, with 5 officers ensure a fair distribution of loot. Our promise is that at no point will there be an unfair allocation of loot due to friendships, clique’s or greed. Should an items allocation be questioned we will openly discuss our thought process behind it.
To help with this we ensure our raider have an addon called RCLootCouncil installed.

We are raiding:
Friday: 20.00-23.00
Saturday: 20.000-23.00
Recruitment status
Since we're not raiding with a main team anymore we're just recruiting people we've played with before and that we enjoy raiding with.
