“Desires” Guild

About:

Vision behind making the guild was to create the raiding environment we couldn't find in other guilds. Balance between quality raiding with a friendly atmosphere. No assholes/drama queens etc.

Recruitment:

Always recruiting any exceptional class.
We are interested in excellent players, with a proven track record raiding in a Mythic environment.
We value progression and preparedness but also we generally keep things lighthearted in raid. We are looking for committed raiders who show up to raid, knowing what their role will be on any encounter, farm or progression. At the same time, we expect our raiders to have a relaxed attitude and generally be able to take a joke.

Schedule:

Thursday: 19:30-23.00
Sunday : 19:30-23.00
Tuesday : 19:30-23.00

Loot Rules:
Loot is distributed by a loot council based on highest benefit to the raid. If you are here for gear you are in the wrong place. We are here to kill bosses, epics are just a means to an end. Loot=Tool!

Attendance:
We wanna keep a rather tight roster(23-25 people) so attendancy is of most importance to us. We expect raiders to maintain a near perfect attendance rate to 96% Real life does get in the way sometimes but to us this is not JUST a video game. You have a group of very real people who rely on you to be there every scheduled night. That being said, if you have to miss a raid you must inform ASAP, at the respective forum on our website.

Application Process:
Generally, we expect all possible recruits that want to raid to fill in an application. If requested we might consider "interviewing" the applicant through voice comm.
