Rush is a small guild that transferred in January 2014 to Ravencrest from Ragnaros due to high population issues.
We run a tight 10 man raider roster, and raid three days a week, a total of 9 hours. Wednesday, Sunday and Tuesday, 19.00 - 22.00. On the rare occasions a raider is unable to come for one of these days, we try to re-schedule the whole raid to a more fitting day of the week.
We use loot council to distribute loot, taking into mind how big the upgrade would be, amount of previous loot, upcoming progress fights, etc.
People should be able to have a real life and at the same time play in a guild with raids that do not suck. We expect everyone to pull their weight for good progress, and require high attendance. Our goal is not precisely realm 1, but as close as we can manage with our 3 nights of raiding.
