MCO is recruiting again for a 3-day per week raiding schedule. We
will no longer be burst-raiding at the start of a tier as we would
like to remain strictly 3 days per week, at 3 hours per day.
At the moment we are recruiting everything as we have just fired back up again.
Speak to an officer in-game if you are interested as we are currently without a website, however we hope to have one up and running fairly soon.

The Molten Core Organisation is a PvE guild who have raided succesfully since vanilla. Last 4 years with all server firsts.
We are recruiting everything at the moment; exceptional applications will be prioritised as we are aiming for a roster of decent players with a low tolerance for consistent failure.
Raid schedule, we are raiding with a strict main-raid schedule, as follows:
Wednesday, Thursday and Monday.
20:00 -> 23:00
Aside from this we will run alt-raids that will be completely optional. These can be discussed at the end of Thursday's main-raid in order to figure out the best day for everyone in that specific reset.

We're aiming to be a group of friendly, calm players who want to play in a successful raiding environment that is free of drama and shouting. We won't be raiding as much as the other guilds on the server but we'll aim high in terms of server-rank. Any big decisions that need to be made regarding the workings of the guild will be made with everyone's involvement, not just the officers. We'd like everybody to contribute, should they wish.
We don't require an alt for split-raids, however we'd like to run an alt raid weekly so if you have one then all the better.
A working microphone is required. You don't have to talk a lot, but when asked a question mid combat, you should be able to answer over voice. We'll primarily be using Discord as our voice-chat platform.
Loot?
Loot will be decided via RCLootCouncil. We encourage people to write a note when they choose BIS / Need for their loot, to explain why this item is the best for you, so we can make an informed decision quickly without wasting time distributing loot. Raiders will have priority over trials but assuming no Raiders select Need for the loot, trials will then be considered. If a piece of loot will clearly make a big difference to the raid's performance if given to a specific person, then Officers will discuss this and maybe overrule the loot council votes.
