“Merry Graverobbers” Guild

We are currently recruiting:
- 1-2 DPS, flexible on class.
- 1 Holy Paladin.

We are now primarily recruiting for reclears, season 4 (which we will be playing) and The War Within. We will always consider exceptional players compatible with the guild's ethos. If you think that's you, please read below.

<Merry Graverobbers> are a mythic raiding guild, formed in 2009 on the back of a highly successful late night Ulduar PuG. We've been raiding endgame content continuously for the last 15 years as a guild made of people who genuinely like one another and who enjoy playing together. We always aim to achieve cutting edge in a timely manner each tier and have fun doing it. We have achieved 20 cutting edge achievements together so far.

We are looking for:

Mature players - the majority of our guild are in their late 20s to mid-30s and guild chat/Discord reflects this. We have a diverse range of people and, while we don't set a minimum age, maturity is necessary. We have pretty much zero drama and like to keep it that way, certainly no rage.

Good raiders - this should go without saying, but we're looking for people who can play well. You should be strong on both performing your role and playing your class/spec. We will require evidence of this through logs - it is essential for you to have a strong proven record of progressing and clearing mythic raid content.

Good communicators - you must be fluent in written and spoken English. An ability and willingness to speak on Discord during encounters is required.

Ability to accept feedback - we are very good at log analysis and will, where necessary, point out mistakes you're consistently making. Inline with the requirement for maturity, you need to be able to discuss this rationally and adjust where appropriate.

Committed - we want people who're keen to join our community and get to know people for the longer term. We aren't interested in guild hoppers.

Prepared - likely goes without saying, coming prepared knowing tactics and with potions, runes etc. is absolutely mandatory.

Available - we raid on Wednesdays, Sundays, and Mondays 19:45 - 23:00 server time. You should be able to make it to all 3 of these weekly raids on a regular basis. We also run an optional heroic on Thursday (alts welcome).

What you can expect from us

An enjoyable, positive raid environment which is still highly progression-focused.

A stable, established guild; we've been raiding continuously for more than a decade and aren't planning on going anywhere any time soon.

An active guild and community - most of us are not raid loggers and many are successful M+ers, arena players, etc. and often play other games together or just chat on discord.

Competent, stable leadership - we've been at this for a long time.
