Dominance is a semi-HC raiding guild on Alliance Sylvanas. We are a
guild formed out of one of two raid teams in our old guild (Nulli
Secundus), where we heavily outprogressed the other team.
Currently, we are progressing through Blackrock Foundry Heroic.
Recruitment class status
We are recruiting all in order to refill for Mythic, and to provide more competition among our raiders. We are least in need of tanks, however.
What we expect from you
- Know class inside and out, and all 3 specs. If you are a one spec wonder, don't apply.
- We raid anywhere between 12 and 20 nights a month, we expect you to make at least 12 of those.
- Gold. HC & Mythic progression is expensive, raiders get a 300 gold gbank limit, after that it's your own pocket. If you cannot afford to wipe, gem and enchant your gear, it's not worth you to raid anywhere, let alone here.
- Mature behavior. Give and receive constructive criticism. We love to joke but if you do it mid fight the TS will get muted and sooner or later an officer will probably remove you.
- Consistent performance and awareness. If Lavigne outheals you, it's not a good sign. If a train hits you on operator, it's not a good sign. If you res into fire, it's not a good sign.
- Experience. If you were unable to clear Highmaul HC in the first month, it's unlikely you'll survive here.
- A working mic and ability to communicate effectively is not only highly appreciated, but also rewarded.
What we will make sure we give you
- If you perform well, you are guaranteed a core team spot. Obviously we do have certain needs in terms of composition, but in your mind believe there is always a spot - because there is.
- Progress
- A raid schedule suited well to GMT based players.
- An active and social Teamspeak outside of raiding.
Loot rules
- BiS loot lists are submitted by each player, loot is distributed and rolled on based on the list you provide.
