We are looking for people who are committed to the guild and making progress not just getting gear and leaving after they see fit, we are working as a team towards a common goal and want to achieve it and leaving obviously affects this in a big way so is not taken well.
please make sure you have ilvl 665+ and have around 20-25k+ dps at least before applying to the guild
