Fleetwood is one of the few original guilds left on Twilight's Hammer. Our focus has been, and continues to be, on steady and reliable PvE progression. We are no strangers to PvP and this can be seen with organised groups that spawn on our off-days. We have shown our strength and dedication amongst the top guilds Twilight's Hammer has to offer. Fleetwood's current goal is to expand on the core raiding roster with mature and skilled players that excel at their PvE ability. We also welcome prospective members to share our mindset of attaining the very best results whilst enjoying the game. We encourage guild interaction on off-days; and this may include PvP groups, organised alt raids or any other community suggested events.
We are currently transitioning from being a 10-man to a 25-man raiding guild. We have kept the majority of our 10-man team and are looking to expand upon this. We have a raiding schedule of 3 days a week: Thursday, Sunday and Monday. All raids run from 20:00 (19:00 on sundays) until around 23:30 (Server time),although a raid may overrun slightly if we are close to a kill (24:00).

Even if you aren't any of the mentioned classes, applications are always highly appreciated.
Key skills and traits we expect from all applicants:
*Reliable Attendance – We expect attendance of at least 3 nights per raiding week, with the ideal being 3, but we do understand that life can throw many surprises at you and sometimes you are unable to attend, and good punctuality on those raiding nights.
*A comprehensive knowledge of class and specialisation – We expect you to actively think about your chosen class and to demonstrate a full understanding. We are not seeking members that simply follow what they read on websites, such as, Elitist Jerks without digesting the information. Raid spots are given to those who prove to be the most skilled and capable, without exception.
*A desire to progress – Consumables, coffee and prior tactical knowledge. We expect applicants to show up prepared, alert and informed about the boss encounters we are progressing on.
*Communication skills – A competent grasp of the English language is essential to joining the guild. We expect members to communicate actively on Mumble, and to have a working microphone as well as a good sense of humour.
*Skill, not gear – Our gear requirements are fairly lenient, although we do expect a certain level of gear from applicants. It is not vital to have the highest level gear before applying. If we are convinced you are an experienced and decent player, the issue of gear will be resolved in time.
*Personality – Most importantly of all, the desire and effort to integrate socially into the guild. Fleetwood is, and always has been, about the community of players enjoying the game, together. Without this, the guild would not have remained so strong for so long.
Applications are handled through our forums, or with a whisper to Tbear/Spliced/Xeer/Thegodofdmg/Kuhis if you choose to keep the application private.
