Introduction:
<Gnome Pest Control Inc> is a long standing PvE guild who were based on Laughing Skull throughout Vanilla/TBC/Wrath and now reside on Twisting Nether. We raided pretty hardcore throughout Vanilla where our main goals were server first kills, those times are over and since then we decided to approach the game in a more casual manner while aiming to maintain decent progression. In doing so we cut our raiding schedule so that we now raid only 2 days a week.

What we can offer you:
A welcoming community with players that have been through thick and thin together, we're always happy to see new blood in our guild. We have a team of highly dedicated players when it comes to raiding and wish to encourage more people like ourselves to join in on the fun. If you do not have the time to raid in a 5 day guild but do wish progress successfully throughout BFA then <Gnome Pest Control Inc> can offer you this.

We expect all of our members to use these tools that are available to them to help maximise their efficiency and overall performance in raids.


Our Goals:
Our main goal is to get back to the point where we were in Vanilla/TBC. We focus on building strong bonds between the players in our raid team to make raiding a pleasure and not a chore, removing the unnecessary stress from the raiding environment that often appears when progress is hard/slow and overall making the game much more fun to play.


What's expected of you:
- Be able to speak and understand the English language fluently and not be scared to communicate with other members.
- Have a strong understanding of your class and be willing to assist the raid where possible to help us progress e.g. undertake special roles on fight (even if it is a dps loss).
- Have a strong understanding of the current tier. I cannot stress enough how important this is Raiding 2 days a week, knowing boss strategies ahead of the raid saves us a lot of time.
- Do not slack when it comes to keeping your gear up to date outside of raids, this means buying BoE's, crafting your gear and do tons of Mythic+ dungeons.
