Looting System
Ground Zero will use LootCouncil, which requires an add-on (RCLootCouncil) to be downloaded. This is so the loot council can distribute the loot quickly and efficiently. From last expansion we have some gold saved; this may potentially be used for Guild repairs or supplying raiders with the necessary consumables.
