Casual raiding guild
With the new pug system a lot of casual players get to experience end game content. But with that new system we were spending countless hours in game in order to actually get a pug that worked. Very hit or miss! In some weeks I had logged close to 30 hours of game time, that's a part time job.
We also didn't want to spend over 10 hours a week dedicated to raiding like most casual guild , as we have jobs, families and happy hours to attend. You add those 10 hours for raiding plus the required grind for loot and consumables and you're looking at over 20 hours a week dedicated to raiding!
So we created metis.
We are very casual and most of our players are pugs we enjoyed playing with in the previous expansion and got to clear content with.
we raid only twice a week total of 6 hours
Tuesday 8:30pm to 11:30pm eastern time
Thursday same time
with the short raid time comes the responsibility each player has on the raid. We do expect our raiders to perform up to the standards of the current content. We don't have time to wipe night after night, we have realistic progression goals for our guild, we don't expect to be competing for server firsts, neither do we care. But we want to come in twice a week, kill some bosses, have some fun and get some loot.
