Hello all! Invictus of Anvilmar is recruiting!
We are a 25 man raiding guild on US-Anvilmar. Our goal is simple: To revive the spirit of 25s on our server while clearing through progression in 5.4 and to enjoy the rewards of 25 man raiding, higher loot saturation, higher percentage of warforged drops and to enjoy the company of a larger player base. We will be pushing ourselves to maintain a spot in the top 5 of the server which has always been a goal of the members from the merging guilds.
We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week from 7 to 10 server time (CST).
What we look for in an applicant is:
- The drive to do better not just at your own class but in a raid and fights
- A clear understanding of class and fight mechanics
- Willing to research new fights that are coming up and participate in discussions on how to tackle these bosses
- Willingness to take constructive criticism and improve
- A level of preparedness that is consistent with our current raid team (Showing up on time to raids, informed of strategies, bringing whatever miscellaneous items you may need, potions, flasks, food etc)
- To be able to make at least 80% of our raids
