Showing up to raid fully prepared (pots, flasks, food,
reagents, etc.).
As a recruit or a raider, you will be expected and responsible to/for:
- Come to raid with the correct gems and enchants to assist your
toon to perform to its maximum ability
- Be ready to put forth 110% effort during the raid regardless of
the difficulty of the encounter
- Avoid delaying the raid for whatever reason (AFK breaks,
repairs, lack of readiness, etc.)
- Maintain 80% attendance
