Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm-10:30pm (server) 8 hrs/per week

Progression Group 2 - 10 man:

Wednesday/Monday 7:30pm-10:30pm (server) 6 hrs/per week

Current Recruitment:

Our current openings are in the Wednesday/Monday group. We are actively recruiting either a Feral Druid dps or a Rogue. We are also looking for either a non-Paladin tank or a non-cloth wearing ranged dps, Hunter preferred but a good Elemental Shaman or Balance Druid would be strongly considered.

Exceptional players are always in high demand and no matter your class or spec if you are reliable and can preform we will find a spot for you.

About Malice:

Raiding:
Malice is centered around our two 10 man raid groups. We may not raid 40 hours a week due to jobs and RL schedules but we take our raiding seriously. We don't aspire to be a server first or a US top 100 guild, but we do strive to clear content at a reasonable pace. Our aim is always to clear normal mode and be into heroic mode progression before the next patch is released.

We use DKP with a monthly reset to keep loot distribution fair and to prevent point hording. Our loot system is very transparent, DKP totals are posted on our website for all guild members to see. New raiders have a trial period where they are only able to receive loot if there is no one else who has interest in the item. This ensures that only people who are dedicated to the group are getting gear and that no one is getting an unfair amount of loot.

We use Vent for in game communication. We provide our raiders with flasks, feasts, gems, and enchants. We also provide crafted gear to our raider based on need, availability and the players performance and reliability.

Who are we:
We are a diverse group of gamers who like to get together and kill stuff. We are a mature guild primarily made up of people in our mid 20s to mid 30s although we do have a few folks both older and younger than that. Most of the players in Malice got their start in WoW in either Vanilla or early BC and bring a lot of experience to the table. We're by nature a fun bunch with lots of teasing, dirty jokes and pranks pulled on a regular basis.

Our raid teams are an extension of our collective personalities with plenty of joking and fun through the trash pulls and in between bosses. During boss fights and especially during progression however we get serious. All of our raiders are expected to know their class, spec and role in the fight. Anyone not performing gets called out and that goes for everyone from the raid leader to the newest member of the group.

We raid because we like raiding. To us experiencing new content and killing bosses is why we play this game. Loot is a means toward that end and not the reason we raid. Our loot system is set up to ensure that those who put the most in get the most out.

Who we are looking for:
We're looking for reliable raiders who believe that missing a raid isn't an option. Who research their class and perform their role at a high level. We want raiders that can take feedback, who are tough enough to be called out for making a mistake and respond by getting better not by making excuses or pointing the blame at someone else. We want raiders who understand that loot is not something worth getting mad about. Finally we're looking for people who can take a joke and give as good as they get, who just like to hang out play WoW and have a good time.

Joining Malice:

All applications to Malice are done through our website by filling out an application.

For applicants already on Baelgun we run pug raids on a regular basis and you'd be invited to one of these to evaluate your performance.

For anyone not currently on Baelgun who is interested we'll do a vent interview where we discuss your knowledge of your class and just generally get to know you.
