Awareness
Want to raid only Heroic? That is fine, but we can't have you dying every pull causing us to battle res you.
Ability
Be able to carry your own weight and own up to your own mistakes if you are lacking. Everyone plays a part.

Located on Bleeding Hollow-US, <Seraphim> of Stormreaver-US and <Nyansense> of Bleeding Hollow-US teamed up for before WoD to raid under the name <Barracuda>.
<Seraphim> was established in BC and has actively raided since. The officer core of <Seraphim> has been together since WoTLK.
<Nyansense> was established in late Cataclysm and has actively raided since. The core group of members of <Nyansense> have known each other for over 6 years.
