Brief Guild Summary:

Stack on Fire is a guild specifically built for progressing through the most challenging raids Blizzard is willing to offer us. Before I scare away any casual players, there is also a spot just for you in our guild to hangout and enjoy the community, HOWEVER, the ranking system in the guild is heavily relied on to separate the casual players from those willing to bash their head into every boss we possibly can until the damn thing falls over.

For Casuals:

Feel free to leave a message here on the thread or if you're a little more anxious (Or just simply want to make my life easier :D ), go ahead and hop on your toon, type in [/who stack on fire] and somebody will be glad to help you out from that list unless they are also a fresh recruit or possibly are too busy doing who knows what to catch your whisper.

For Raiders:

Basically the process will be very similar to what's above at first just to get you admitted into the guild. Once in you should contact either myself, the other GM or any of the officers and let us know you would like to begin the process of becoming a raider for Stack on Fire. The first thing we will do will be promoting you to prospect in the guild, following that (or prior to if you're not currently in the guild) you should send an email to <[email protected]> telling us that you would like the application format and also including your Class / Spec / Toon's name and we will send it right on back to you to be completed. Once that completed form is sent back to me, it will be looked over by at least 2 GM's/Officers to either be accepted or denied. If you're accepted, we'll toss you your promotion to the rank of 'Raider' (Aww yea) or denied, which don't worry, in that case your application will stay on file and you will remain a prospect until we think you're ready for the position! Not that you need to know at the moment, but upwards from there is the rank of 'Core Raider' which is basically just a glorified raider, achieving the rank by having great attendance as well as participation and becoming an asset of the guild's core raiding crew.

Some Guild Requirements:

- Mumble with a working headset is required for all Raiders and Prospects.
- World of Logs is preferred in Raider applications, familiarize yourself with the program if able.
- Be prepared to receive constructive criticism as well as give it to other members.
- Be 18+ years old to become a Raider, or be very good at lying and acting mature.
- Raiders WILL respect other Raiders, we don't have time for high school drama here.
- Raiders, this isn't a guild you hop in and out of, the application process is lengthy for a reason.

Core Raid Times:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday 6:45pm - 11:00pm
- These raids will be mandatory for the Core Raiders of the guild, anything below 90% attendance will be a demotion back to the previous rank, not because we're !@#$%^-s and like demoting people. Simply because our group is going to be very reliant on each other to be efficient in progressing further each week. Think of it as losing your Hunter that does belts on Siegecrafter every week and then he doesn't show up. This is really going to slow us down dramatically and that is why attendance is taken so seriously, however if you are able to give me at least a 2 hour notice ahead of time, I will be sympathetic.

Be aware, official core group raiding begins as soon as it is offered in WoD

Alt Raid Times:

Thursday and Monday 6:45pm - 11:00pm (Casual Member Friendly)
- Not mandatory for Raiders, a very relaxed group to get our casual members involved, gear up some alts, learn some aspects of different classes and roles as well as to provide some tips to our members that are curious of progressive raiding.

Random Guild Fun:

Unscheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Casual Member Friendly)
- Activities like Transmog Runs, Challenge Mode Dungeons and whatever else we think of.

In the end, we're all playing the game to have fun. As you've just read, despite all of the seriousness, we rely on a relaxing guild community to relieve some of the stress of our progressive raiding. Now come Stack on Fire with us today!
