Dominion is a 10-person raid guild located on Cenarion Circle which
is currently 8/14 H on Siege of Orgrimmar.
Current progression:
Siege of Orgrimmar - 8/14 H, server first 10m on bosses 3-14 on normal, 1-8 on heroic.
Throne of Thunder - 5/13 H, server first Ji-Kun, Durumu, Primordius, Dark Animus, Iron Qon, Twin Consorts, Lei Shen on normal, and heroic Horridon.
Mogu'Shan Vaults - 6/6H, killed heroic Will of the Emperor on 18 Jan 2013; we are server first for this kill
Heart of Fear - 3/6 H; killed Bladelord/Garalon/Windlord
Terrace of Endless Spring - 4/4 N, server first normal Sha of Fear.
Requirements expected of new raiders:
- 90-100% attendance; if unable to attend must let raid leader (me) know in advance, prefer at least one week notice
- Flasks/pots/food; pot usage will be 2x per encounter
- Good attitude and proper preparation by doing flex/do dailies for coins/valor cap weekly
- Excellent at their class and have good raid awareness
Schedule:
Wednesday/Thursday/Monday 6:30 - 9 PM PST
Typically invites go out at 6:15 PM and we end within 5 minutes of 9 PM. Sometimes we stay to push a kill if we are close.
We are not recruiting for a bench. If you are successful you will be rotated in on a regular basis. We run a roster of 13 so that we can constantly raid, even if somebody can't make it for a night or two. We prioritize who's in for a fight based on the following criteria:
1) Whichever is the best comp we can muster for the first kill;
2) Whoever still needs the kill for subsequent kills;
3) Whoever needs weapon from that boss;
4) Whoever needs trinket from that boss;
5) Whoever needs tier from that boss (if applicable);
6) Whoever needs other gear from that boss; and
7) Everyone else.
If there are any situations that arise that are not resolved by the above priority system, the leader (me) will make a decision which will be final.
