“Hard Classes R Us” Guild

We have a solid core of 7 players, however, 7 is not 10 and we are constantly having to pug the remainders. Being that we raid 2-5 saturdays and 2-8 sundays, this leaves us short on mains that are not already saved and we end up scraping the bottom of the barrel. As it stands now, until we get a solid 10 for our core, we aren't even considering dipping into 25-mans. The 4 primary members of the guild are myself, my 2 brothers and a RL good, long time friend with 3 other very good Online friends as the remainder of the core 7 aforementioned. We require that our raiders not expect to get carried and are willing to research and work at their own characters without being prodded constantly (previous guild downfall). Currently trying to recruit 1 healer and 2 ranged dps with good ilvl and abilty to play.
