Raid times : Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30pm-12:30am server (MST)

Underated and Overstated is a semi-hardcore 10man guild on Darkspear. Formed during tier 12, and looking to grow stronger as we move foward. We have a strong group of like-minded players with a common intrest in progression. We have a good time raiding together and are continuing to get stronger as a guild every week. We are always looking for more very strong players to join our team.
What we are looking for in you:
-Have a strong history of progression raiding. We do not want inexperienced players.
-Be geared enough for the bosses we are currently clearing as well as our current progression encounters.
-Must be able to provide some kind of logs of your damage/healing output in your application.
-Must be able to maintain near 100% Raid attendance, and if you are going to miss a raid or be late you must be able to provide proper notice prior to that raid night.
-Be online atleast 15minutes early, ready for a raid invite and be AT the instance, ready to pull at 8:30 server and do not sit around waiting for a summon.
-Come to raids fully prepared. This means that you know all the fights we are working on, have all your gear gemmed/enchanted properly, and have all non provided consumables for your role PRIOR to raid start time.
-You Must keep up on your class changes, and know exactly how to itemize and play your character properly.
-If you make a mistake in our raids, admit it, correct it, and DO NOT make that mistake again.
-Don't waste other peoples time, show up ready to give 110% every raid night.
-Be able to handle criticism well, if you make a mistake, you will be called out without sympathy. This doesnt mean anyone will rage at you, but there will be no excuses allowed. This guild is not designed to be casual.
-You MUST be able and willing to be vocal in vent when important information needs to be shared, but must also know when to keep quite. Vent is not to be used as a chatbox during a boss fight.
-DO NOT disrespect any other member of the guild, drama will not be tolerated, and assholes will be removed.
-DO NOT type in general during our raids, or troll general/trade outside of our raids. While in this guild you represent us, and we are a group of respectable players that will not tolerate childish and unprofessional conduct in the public eye of the game.
-You must either have the gold or the proper free time to farm and stay stocked up on proper potions and support your raiding habits(repairs, special foods, reforging, respeccing, glyphs ect..)
-To sum things up, be pro. We will not hesitate to waste the money you might have spent to transfer here if your sub par, or can't follow these guidlines. If you can work with all of this, then we will provide you with a fun fairly hardcore raiding atmosphere
Things that will be provided for you.
-Free enchant's on MS gear or OS gear that is used in raids often.
-Guild repairs on atleast progression nights, possibly more depending on bank funds.
-Fish feasts provided, if that is not your BiS food (most tanks I can think of) I will also do my best to cover your singles if needed and when possible.
-Flasks provided
-A drama free environment, we don't intend to deal with unhealthy drama, and it will be handled if it occurs.
-Honest evaluation on your performance.
-A stable raiding environment
Loot System
Our guild runs on a loot council system. Many factors will be taken into account for loot choices including but not limited to: Raid attendance and performance, attitude, contributions to the guild, magnitude of the upgrade, prior loot received. Our loot decisions will be highly centered around attendance and performance. While rank may hold no baring in certain situations, don't get frustrated if you dont recive loot your first week with us, even if some items go to a well used offspec for another player. We aren't interested in letting our guild lose potentially helpful loot for someone that may or may not last. In most situations this will not be the case, but if you are overly worried about loot this may not be the guild for you.
