“Ancient Order of UMs” WoW Guild

The Ancient Order of UMs is one the oldest guilds on Doomhammer, if not the oldest if you count our previous name of LegendaryUms. At one time we were the largest guild on Doomhammer with over 500 members but back in the days of Molten Core we split into two guilds and The Ancient Order of UMs was the core offshoot of that.
We are a family friendly raiding guild. What that means is we have created a game envoironment that is suitable for both the casual and the intense player. We have organized 25 man raids three days a week, Monday and Tuesday evenings, and on Sunday afternoon. There are usually enough members on most times to get 5 and 10 man groups organized. We don't penalize members who don't have the time or inclination to raid and try to include them when they can. Guild chat is kept PG-13 so as to not offend anyone. We prohibit comments that are felt to be offensive concerning race, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, and politics. On our Vent server we do have a "Pool Hall" channel where more adult subjects/language is allowed. We are a generous guild where our strengths and resources are shared to the advantage of all. Raid loot is decided upon by a "Loot Council" formed from random members of the raid, that decide loot distribution based on many factors, including but not limited to, service to guild and degree of item upgrade. We try to keep a great balance between fun and content progress, making a point to experience all game content.
