Precipice is a close-knit guild of friends and players who've been
raiding together since Highmaul. Though we are newly formed, our
guild is comprised of raiders with significant experience in
multiple classes and roles since Vanilla / BC / Wrath. While we
play to win and work hard at downing bosses toward progression and
gearing, we still have fun. To that end, we spend time together
outside raids, in addition to the one raid night per week set aside
for a more laid-back, fun, alt raid.
Gear is distributed by loot council. The guild armorer takes note of guild members' needs as each person provides him with their personal BiS list. During raid this information is used by the guild master, who has the final say on loot, before items are distributed. No one has ever had an issue or insisted on an item that would benefit the raid more in someone else's hands. As such, we only recruit players conducive to that team environment we've fostered.
Currently, our core group of first-string raiders needs a few more to fill out for mythic progression. Beyond that, we require additional players to fill out our second-string of alt-night heroic raiders who are willing to fill-in and work their way into the first-string mythic ranks when availability allows.
Raid times are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7pm to 10pm PST. Our server group is Dragonmaw / Mug'thol / Akama.
